a new evidence-based treatment

I am passionate about helping children and adults who struggle with difficult emotions, such as anxiety and depression. My over-arching goals are to help you gain confidence in your ability to cope with uncomfortable emotions & find more joy in your life, using state-of-the-art evidence-based psychosocial treatments.

Note that due to current guidelines recommending social distancing, I am currently offering telehealth (videoconferencing) services exclusively.

I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders (OCD, hoarding, trichotillomania, skin picking disorder), anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobia, agoraphobia), depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Reach out to me to see if my services would be a good fit to meet your needs. I know it can be challenging even initially reaching out and finding a therapist who would be a good fit, so I commend anyone who takes that leap of faith to seek services.
